You can delete your Fantrie account at any time by going to [Settings] - [Personal] - [Account Settings] and clicking the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the menu. However, payment history and related information will be retained for three years before being permanently deleted.
Account deletion may be restricted in the following cases:
- If you have any remaining "Tries" (Fantrie’s in-app currency).
- If you are currently subscribed to any creators.
- If you have a creator account: In this case, please contact the manager or reach out to contact@fantrie.com.
