Membership Subscribe/Cancel (Cancel Recurring Payment)

Membership Subscription


To subscribe to a creator's paid membership, payment is required. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the creator’s profile and click the [Subscribe] button.
  2. Review the information notification popup, then select your desired recurring subscription plan.
  3. The payment will be processed immediately using your saved card information.



If no payment method has been entered:

  1. Click the [Go to Payment Method Management] button in the popup.
  2. Enter your card information, save it, and complete identity verification.
  3. Return to the creator’s profile and proceed with the subscription.



Membership subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same date as your first purchase.

  • For example, if you subscribe on May 7, your next billing date will be June 7.

If you subscribe at the end of a month, the next billing date will also be the end of the subsequent month.

  • For example, if you subscribe on August 31, the next billing date will be September 30.
  • If you subscribe on January 30, the next billing date will be February 28 or February 29 (in a leap year).

Additionally, you must enter your mobile phone number in the personal settings section to subscribe to a membership. This ensures prompt communication in cases of suspected fraud or misuse of Fantrie services.

Membership fees will be paid automatically next month based on the first purchase date.




Cancel Membership


To cancel your membership, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the profile of the creator you are currently subscribed to.
  2. Click the [Subscribed] button in the creator’s profile.
  3. Once [Subscribed] changes to [Renew], your recurring payment and membership have been successfully canceled.



Even after canceling, your membership remains valid until its original expiration date. Afterward, no further recurring payments will be made.


If the membership is free, the subscription will be canceled immediately.

The [Subscribe] button will remain as [Renew] until the next billing date. During this period, you can rejoin the membership without additional payment. However, if you do not rejoin by the day before the next billing date, the [Renew] button will revert to [Subscribe], and the membership will be permanently canceled.
